About Principal Consultant Stacey Smith, MBA
Stacey Smith, MBA, brings 20+ years of experience working with nonprofits and public agencies at all levels. She founded SKS Consulting to help expand the capacity of the nonprofit and government sectors to achieve greater social impact and has never wavered from that goal. Stacey specializes organizational development, boards and advisory boards, strategic planning, and volunteer engagement. She is also known for her ability to plan and facilitate inclusive in-person, hybrid, and virtual meetings for groups of all sizes.
Stacey is a member of the American Evaluation Society, the Project Management Institute, the
Institute of Management Consultants, the Association of Fundraising Professionals. A life-long
volunteer, she serves on local and national boards and committees focused on strengthening
communities and the nonprofit sector. She is also an author whose work has been published in
Blue Avocado.
